If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may contact our support team for further assistance, and each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Return Eligibility

As many of our products are manufactured, packaged, or supplied based on specific customer requirements, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances.

A return or replacement request may be considered if:

To process your request, we may require photographs, videos, a copy of the invoice, batch details, or any other relevant information for verification. Requests submitted after the 5-business-day period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

After reviewing the submitted information, Eco Soilva Bio Pvt. Ltd. will determine whether the claim qualifies for a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for products that:

• Have been used, opened, or altered after delivery.

Where a refund is approved by Eco Soilva Bio Pvt. Ltd., the amount will be processed through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refund processing may take 7 to 10 business days, depending on banking procedures and the payment provider.

Shipping charges, handling fees, taxes, or other applicable service charges may be deducted where permitted under applicable laws or contractual terms.

If a replacement is approved, we will arrange for the replacement product to be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe, subject to product availability and operational requirements. Replacement products will be delivered to the original shipping address unless otherwise agreed.
